To show this appreciation, we strive to have processes in place to make each interaction with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible. However, if or when we do not live up to these expectations that we have for ourselves in the eyes of our customers, we want to know about.

Skyward Success, LLC, the owning entity of The Scholarly Owl brand, appreciates the business of all its customers and is committed to offering its customers the best shopping experience that the company is able to offer. As part of that commitment, Skyward Success operates under the “Golden Rule,” in regards to customer privacy and data collection- we treat others information as we would want them to treat our information. As such, Skyward Success has not and will not sell any customer information that it collects to third parties.

 

The information collected is used to exclusively to process and track customer orders as well as send order and shipping confirmation emails related to transactions initiated by the specific customer.

Shipping & Returns

In-stock items will be shipped via STANDARD FedEx shipping. Items will generally ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. We offer free shipping on orders shipped within the United States that are $100 and over.

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to us using the information on our "Contact" page. If we can improve your experience with us, we certainly want to do so. However, if you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (excludes sale items).

 

To request a Product Return Number, please email skywardsuccess.business@gmail.com with your order number. Once you receive your return number, please send your package back to the address below, via your preferred carrier. After the product has been received, we will process your refund for the purchase.

There is no cost to return merchandise but customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned merchandise.

Replacement Parts

Lost parts/pieces happen, we get it. While we may not have replacements in stock for every toy component, we encourage you to email us at skywardsuccess.business@gmail.com. Please be as specific as possible so that we are able to identify which particular component you are looking to obtain a replacement. If we are able to find a replacement, we will ship you the component. If the component is not currently in stock, we will notify you once the replacement part is in stock again.

Please note that you may be responsible for the shipping fee for replacement parts.
